Our company owners have a vested interest in maintaining the company's reputation and are in charge of company's administration and complaint management.
They are hands-on managers who have personal knowledge of every aspect of the day-to-day task involved with the cleaning specification and individual location contracts. Managers are available on a daily basis and will respond immediately to any special requests.

As an independent, family-owned business, we can offer Synagogues flexibility on pricing and details of the contract ( will vary ). For example, we do not insist on long termination periods that is common in our industry ( often up to three months ). Client have the option of adding a short-term notice period (as 45 days) into their contract if required. This option reflect the confidence we have in the quality of our work and further motivates our staff to deliver our service to the highest standards.
Crucial to our ability to provide our required level of service, is our strong team of loyal staff. We take great pride in our high rate staff retention which provides our clients with the benefit of a stable, experienced and efficient workforce. Every member of our team is police screened, and is able to work with the utmost respect for office property and adhere to all ministry security requirements.
All of our staff has undergone training that cover health and safety issues. handling chemicals, and practical completion of all tasks. In addition, they have taken an introductory course on Jewish traditions and rituals dictated by the managers. On-going training is provided as required. For contracts where we had to take on existing staff from our clients, we have provided re-training, support and supervision to ensure they work to ur standards and methodologies.

We carry out our work as a cohesive, experienced team where each member is responsible for a specific task in each of the premises we are servicing, and are trained to step in on all another tasked if and when required. This methodology has resulted in significant time savings, as staff works extremely efficient as a united team. It has brought added benefits to users of the environments we service - for example: we eliminated cross-contamination risk by ensuring personnel who clean toilet areas do not work in any other areas without proper disinfect. This way of working also gives accountability to individual staff for the work carried out. Each task can be traced back to a particular staff for accountability reasons.
